SIR RESTAURANT & NIGHTCLUB
Sir was a revival of the previous Vesta Dipping Grill. Full demo in the main room created a wide open area for dining and a dance floor for a restaurant to club concept. The operator from Dallas expanded his success there to create a LGBTQ club in LODO. We converted the server station “tower” to the DJ booth. Updates to the bar and kitchen greatly improved the function, with diamond tufted booths creating a lounge surrounding the dance floor. The venue was unfortunately short lived- we hope to see a new concept enjoy the refreshed space.
