BIJU’S LITTLE CURRY SHOP
Southern India meets RINO Denver. In the heart of the new foodie neighborhood of Denver a franchise concept is born. The owner/ operator has been a successful caterer and chef in the international professional cycling community, bringing classic southern style Indian food to the main stream with his own family secrets on a quick serve style menu.
We adapted the dock space of a renovated warehouse into a 1000 sq foot thriving eatery. We blended elements of travel themes and Indian billboard marketing, a vintage map that covers the entry wall, and ethnic lighting highlights the space. The shop recently debuted on Guy Fieri/ Food Network’s Diners, Drivins and Dives.
